Through our online store, you are given the opportunity to order products that meet your needs as well as those of your friends.

You also have the option to pick up your order at your address, at another address or send it as a gift to a friend.

Your orders are shipped by APOST courier.

Please confirm that the shipping address you enter is completely correct and that someone will be at this address to pick up the parcel. In case of an error in the address, the customer bears the cost of returning the parcel.

All prices of our products are final including the legal VAT.
We also reserve the right to change the prices of our products without prior notice.

ORDERS

You can order products in the following ways:

-Order after first registering as a user – a member of our website. This way you will have the advantages of tracking your order, searching for order history, managing favorite products, etc.

-Complete your order without registering. In this case, we will know you as a customer but you will not have the facilities that the members of our online store have.

Parcel shipments within Greece are made with the APOST courier.

Minimum charge is free shipping. Shipping costs are automatically set in the shopping cart according to the type of payment.

Shipments are delivered in 2-5 working days.

In case you choose cash on delivery as a payment method there will be an additional charge of 5 €

RETURNS

We pay great attention to the way the products of each order are packaged in order to ensure that you will receive your parcel in excellent condition. Withdrawal & Product Returns
You have the right to return the products you bought through our online store within 14 days from the date of receipt. The return process is extremely simple and immediate.

Send us your order number, name, and contact phone number at info@deesse.gr
We will contact you for the details of the return and notify the APOST courier to pick up your return parcel.
Withdrawal
If the order has been placed by a natural person (without requesting an invoice), then you have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product, requesting a refund.

Note that the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

Supply of goods that can be damaged.
Supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for health reasons or for hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery.
